Waiting...
I am SO ready to meet my baby! I can't wait to hold him or her! I can't wait to feel those contractions start! Yes you heard me because that means my babe is on the way! I can't wait for the girls to see their baby bro/sis come into this world! I can't wait to nurse my newborn, to get to know him/her and learn what they like and don't like! I can't wait, BUT I am waiting patiently. Sort of. I am trying to. Trying to just trust in God's perfect timing. The baby will come when he or she is supposed to! And until then I am going to enjoy my last moments as mama of 2 and my last moments of being preggo!! It has been such an easy pregnancy and since we are pretty positive this will be my last I want to savor it!

Painted Baby belly~
We had a lazy day at home on Sunday which is always nice! Petey was watching the race and although I try to watch it with him sometimes I decided not to and me and the girls decided to watch some birth videos. They both are excited about the baby. Its hard to know how much Evey understands but she says baby and pats and hugs my belly. Soooo cute. Noni on the other hand totally gets whats coming and talks about what she remembers from Evey being born. She says she is going to bring me food when Im having the baby help dada take care of Evey. I am so excited for her to experience this with me. She really liked watching the videos of mamas giving birth too and when we saw some women doing birth art and painting their baby bellies we decided to do some painting too. They both had a blast and Evey started to paint herself!! It was such a simple thing but these are the things I am trying to savor and enjoy as we wait for our babe!!

35 weeks~
I am feeling so ready for this babe! I have 5 weeks to go and I don't want to rush it but I am SO ready. Ready in the sense that I can't wait to meet my baby and ready to experience all of the labor, birth, newborn thing again! Its not that I am uncomfortable and sick of being pregnant or anything, I am really enjoying it. I don't have anything major that I feel I need to get done before the baby comes. (I want to make BIG SIS shirts but it doesnt have to be done by the time babe comes) Now that we got our mini van (yes we got a mini van, yay, pics eventually) I feel good to go. I am excited to give birth right at the start of Spring. It is a perfect time to have a baby with the warm weather coming and the sunshine, its going to be so nice to get out and about!
Question
Anyone know how to turn this text enhancer off? It randomly picks words and highlights them and has a link about it. I cant figure out how to get rid of it. SO FRUSTRATING!!

Our V-day
We are not huge on celebrating Valentine these days but back in the day my hubby was quite romantic. I remember our very first Valentines day together. We had been together for about 5 months and he made me a 3 course meal, got me a single rose, made me a "mix CD" of some special songs, and then after dinner we went to a cafe and talked for a looong time. It was the best date ever. And I know that is the day I fell in love with my husband!! Since Valentines Day has been kind of special to me but time goes on and kids come in to the family and we just don't really celebrate it any more. Not like we
used to any way.
This year was nice though. I woke up to these tulips! When we were first together I told Peter my favorite flower was tulip because I really didn't know what my favorite was. Tulips are nice but they are def not my favorite, so now its kind of a joke that tulips are my fave. It was sweet. Then he got a little mini one for his other Valentine, Noni girl! She loved it and is so excited to take care of it.
We did go out to a Sweetheart Banquet which was nothing super romantic or anything but it was an outing and dinner with no kiddos which is always nice. It was nice to focus on our marriage and the love that we have that sometimes we take for granted. I am so thankful for my Valentine!!

My Evey Girl!
Oh my Evey Girl! She is getting so big and getting such a personality. She has been through a lot this past month or so with being sick off and on and teething. She has 10 teeth and 3 working on coming in. Although she has been pretty clingy and whiney she handles it pretty well and still manages to have fun! She is starting to play with toys on her own now and she always tries to "help". She "helps" with the dishwasher and puts clothing in the hamper. Its so cute. She says mama and dada and sort of Nonah. She signs more and please and made up her own sign for nursing. She will eat and drink pretty much anything at any given time. And she sleeps great, 2 hour nap every day and pretty much sleeps through the night. I couldn't ask for an easier babe. It is going to be interesting to see how she adjusts to a new baby bro/sis. She is definitely a mamas girl so it might be a little rough. Yes I have a little bit of mamas guilt going on, my baby has to grow up fast in the next few months and I feel bad. I don't want to rush her or push her but it is what it is. We will figure it out. Each child will have their own story and thats ok.
