My Birthday Girl!

Evey is 2!!

I love making my girls feel special on their birthday! Its not only a celebration 

of them and their life but its also a celebration for me! A special day to 

remember what I was doing 2 years ago! I was giving birth to my 

beautiful Evey Magnolia! I became a mama again! And that is something to celebrate! Together! 

Their birthdays will always be a special day for them and for me!! 

Evey has recently become obsessed with Veggie Tales so that's the "theme" 

we decided to go with! I thought a Bob the tomato cake was simple enough to do

but still something fun for her.

Opal is 6 months!!

It is just cRaZy how fast the time is going! 

She is 6 months already, like what?? How is that possible?

I should be used to it by now, but I guess Im not. 

Anyway! She is getting cuter and cuter every day! 

She is sitting up now, looves watching her big sisters, 

scoots all around on her belly!! 

We are slowly but surely starting some food, she 

has had a few bites of banana now and doesn't know

what to think! 

She truly is my little gem!! 

So proud of herself!!

FuN FaLL DaYs!

It has been a warm Fall so far. I think the cold has come and is here to stay now but its been soo nice so far. 

I honestly don't remember wearing flip flops this far into October before. When its nice and sunny 

there is nothing that I want more then to be outside. Just to take a "hike"/walk or pack a snack and 

have a mini picnic or play on the playground, I just have to get out. There are so many 

parks and playground within 15 minutes of my house we can go to a different park

every day of the week if we want. Its so nice. We have visited quite a few recently!

My hubbys 30!

Remember when 30 sounded so old? Now it doesn't really sound old just crazy! Like wow! Because of home improvement projects we didn't do a whole lot, but I tried to make him feel special. I made him muffins, got him donuts, make shrimp and grits for dinner and then had a mini surprise hang out party thing. His brother and sister and my brother just showed up and we had a chimanea fire and ate pecan pie. It was simple but I wanted to do something a little special!
